Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect when you buy or use the course, why we collect it, and how you get it deleted. No clauses buried in the middle.
The short version
- We collect your name, email, and phone number so we can give you access to the course and send you the material you paid for.
- We never see your card details. Razorpay handles the payment and tells us only whether it worked.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel run on this site. They record how you found us and what you did here. You can turn them off.
- We do not sell your data. We have never sold your data and there is no version of this business where we would.
- Email scale@adcents.co and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
1. Who you are dealing with
BidClass is a Google Ads course operated by Adcents. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Adcents. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits bidclass.com, buys the course, or emails us about it.
Adcents is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the data controller under the GDPR for students in the EU and UK.

2. What we collect
Three kinds of information, in descending order of how much of it there is.
You give it to us
- Name and email address — at checkout, to create your account and send your login.
- Phone number — at checkout, used for order and access issues. We do not cold call you.
- Billing country and state — required for tax on the invoice.
- Anything you write to us — support emails, questions, refund requests, and our replies.
Your browser gives it to us
- IP address, browser, device type and operating system — logged by our host for security and to keep the site up.
- Pages you visited, how long you stayed, and where you arrived from — collected by the analytics tools in section 5.
- Which lessons you opened and how far through them you got — so you can pick up where you left off.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Your card number. It goes to Razorpay and never touches our servers.
- Your Google Ads account. The course teaches you to work in your own account. We never ask for access to it, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
- Anything about your health, religion, politics, caste, or biometrics. None of it is relevant to teaching you Google Ads.
3. Why we collect it
Every piece of data has one job. If it stops having a job, we delete it.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, you are on Razorpay's checkout, not ours. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank credentials go directly to them.
What comes back to us is the outcome: paid or not paid, the amount, the currency, a transaction ID, and the last four digits of the card if you used one. That is enough to give you access and issue a refund. It is not enough to charge you again.
Razorpay is a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India and processes your data under its own privacy policy, which you should read if payment data matters to you.
5. Cookies and tracking
We run three tracking tools. All three are advertising and analytics tools, and all three are optional.
Alongside these, WordPress and WooCommerce set a small number of cookies that are not optional: the one that keeps you logged in, the one that remembers your cart, and the one that records your cookie choice. Without them the site cannot function, so there is nothing to consent to.
You can refuse the optional cookies in the banner when you first arrive, and change your mind later by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. Refusing them costs you nothing — the course works exactly the same.
To opt out more broadly, Google offers a browser add-on that blocks Analytics everywhere, and both Google and Meta let you turn off ad personalisation in your account settings.
6. Who else sees your data
A short list, and it does not include advertisers, data brokers, or anyone who paid to be on it.
- Hostinger — hosts the site and the database your account lives in, and sends the transactional email your login arrives in.
- Razorpay — processes the payment, as described above.
- Google and Meta — receive the analytics and advertising data described in section 5, if you consented to it.
Each of these is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. None of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond what their own terms disclose.
Beyond that, we disclose data only when the law requires it — a valid court order, a tax authority request, or a legal obligation we cannot refuse. If a business transfer ever happened, your data would move with it and you would be told before it did.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and course progress — for as long as your account exists. The course is lifetime access, so that is indefinite unless you ask us to close it.
- Invoices and payment records — eight years, because Indian tax law requires it. This one we cannot delete on request.
- Support emails — three years, then deleted.
- Server logs — 30 days.
- Analytics data — 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically purged.
8. What you can ask us to do
Email scale@adcents.co from the address on your account and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not have to explain why.
- See it — get a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct it — fix a name, email, or anything else that is wrong.
- Delete it — close your account and erase the data attached to it. This ends your course access, and the tax records in section 7 have to stay.
- Take it elsewhere — receive your data in a machine-readable file.
- Withdraw consent — turn off the analytics and advertising cookies at any time.
- Nominate someone — under the DPDP Act you can name a person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in India and we have not resolved your complaint, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. We would rather you gave us the chance first.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text, so nobody here can read yours. Access to the database is limited to the people who need it to run the course.
No system is perfectly secure and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of finding out, along with what happened and what to do about it.
10. Where your data goes
Our servers are in India. Google and Meta process data on servers outside India, including in the United States and the EU. Where that involves personal data of students in the EU or UK, those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which those companies have in place.
11. Children
The course is for adults running or working on real ad accounts. We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent and believe your child has bought the course, email us and we will refund it and delete the account.
12. Changes to this policy
If we add a tool that collects something new, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant — a new category of data, a new company receiving it — we will email every student rather than hoping you re-read the page.
